There are another methods for removal of a tattoo but most of them hurt and are ineffective so you need a laser therapy again. These other methods causes dermabrasion, they hurt the skin through abrading. Cut-off is another method. The place where there is tattoo is cut off and then the skin is sewn back together. But these methods are proved to be harmful to the skin. They result in severe scarring and nowadays they are only used in extrem cases that laser surgery can’t be used. Dermabrasion Method (sanding the skin)
A spraying is done in this
method and that provides some parts of the tattoo to The rough nobs of the utensil that you see above sands and skins the skin by turning with hundreds of cycles. This method is called dermabrasion. This method requires so much attention because when it spins out of control, that can leave lasting scars on the skin. Therefore this method is applied so shallow but that isn’t enough to remove a tattoo completely, it leaves a faded view back. Surgical Method(cut-off) Especially when a tattoo is colored and small, then another removal method works as well. The advantage of this method is that the tattoo can be removed %100. If the cut-off is obligatory in big tattoos, first the center of the tattoos are cut off and the corners are cut off in a later date. After cut-off operation the part , from where the tattoo is cut off, is deadened with a local anesthesia and then it is sawn together. In this procedure there is a minimal and easy controlled bleeding. Sometimes there is a need for skin hauling for big tattoos.(sometimes this can be obligatory)
